Person Responsible

Ciska Ketelaar, owner FECtest & Mesttest, is the person responsible for data processing. In this privacy policy we will explain which personal data we collect and use and for which purpose. This privacy statement was last updated on 24.12.2022.

Use of personal data

FECtest uses the following personal and statistical data:

  1. Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and VAT number (optional) when registering for the course. Your data will be used for the organization of the course and for the invoice.
  2. Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and VAT number (optional) when purchasing product(s) in the webshop, Your data will be used for the invoice and for the delivery of the product.
  3. Name and email address for answering your question through the contact form.
  4. Name and e-mail address for sending the newsletter.
  5. Statistical data: IP address, browser type, website visited before, system configuration, which pages you visit on FECtest at what date and time. These data except IP address are visible in statistics.

FECtest stores and uses only the personal data directly provided by you.

 

Registering for a course

Course registration is through the webshop. Personal data will be used for billing and course organization. Your invoice will be reported to Dutch tax.

 

Buying a product

Buying a product is done through the webshop. Your personal data will be used for billing and package delivery. Your invoice will be reported to the Dutch tax authorities. Invoices are kept for seven years according to Dutch law.

 

Paying for a course and/or product

If you pay with iDEAL/MisterCash/Bancontact/Sofort Banking this goes through the payment provider Buckaroo. They store the bank information in their system.

If you pay with Paypal, you log in with your Paypal username and password at Paypal itself.

 

Contact form

If you fill out a contact form on the website, or send an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept as long as it is necessary for the content of your e-mail to fully answer your question.

 

Newsletter

We offer a newsletter through which we inform interested parties about new developments, products and/or services. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers only with prior consent. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe.

For sending newsletters, we use Mailchimp. Mailchimp has properly secured its systems and handles your data confidentially. Mailchimp is based in the US and is certified with the EU-US Privacy shield. FECtest has a data processing agreement with Mailchimp.

 

Statistical data

FECtest.com resides on STRATO servers. STRATO logs data visible to FECtest in statistics. STRATO stores IP addresses of website visitors in so-called log files for up to seven days. They do this to recognize and repel cyber attacks. After that, STRATO deletes the IP addresses again.

FECtest has a data processing agreement with Strato.nl.

Privacy

We treat your data confidentially and do not publish it.

 

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unlawful processing.
FECtest.com is fully secured with an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) connection that protects all information between you and our websites when you enter personal data.
